Who's behind it
I grew up in the cage, not a boardroom.
I'm Ethan. I pitch at the University of New Orleans, and I have spent my life around facilities like yours.
I started Vantage because I kept watching good coaches lose hours to marketing they never signed up for. Posting, chasing leads, fixing a website that breaks on a phone. Every one of those hours is time off the floor, away from the players who keep the lights on.
So I built what I wished facilities had: marketing run by someone who knows the game, not a generalist who has never set foot in a cage.
