Who we are
Vantage Growth Partners ("Vantage," "we") provides marketing and consulting services to sports training facilities. This policy covers this website, our free marketing audit, and the services we provide.
What we collect
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, website URL, optional Instagram handle, city and state, and what you tell us about your business. If you become a client, we collect what we need to deliver the work. We do not collect payment information through this site.
What the audit analyzes
The free audit looks only at your business's public online presence: your website, your Google Business Profile, public search data, your public Instagram, and your domain's public email configuration. We do not access anything private or password-protected.
How we use it
We use your information to generate your audit, send you the report, respond to you, and follow up about what we found and how we can help. If you become a client, we use it to deliver and improve your services. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we contact you
With your consent we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your audit and our services. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We will still send you service-related messages you ask for, like your audit report.
Analytics and session recording
We use three analytics tools on this site, and each one sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. PostHog records product events, such as which buttons get clicked and where people stop partway through the audit form. Microsoft Clarity records session replays and builds heatmaps, which means your clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement on this site can be replayed by us later. We use this to find parts of the site that confuse people. We do not use any of it to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Advertising
When we are running paid campaigns we use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show ads to people who have already visited this site. It is not loaded at all unless an ad account is connected, so on a given visit it may not be present.
Security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms to block automated abuse. It checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than a script.
How to opt out
You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings. To opt out specifically: Google Analytics opt-out, Microsoft Clarity, and personalized ads through your Google and Meta ad settings. Opting out of analytics does not stop you from using this site or requesting an audit.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed with the services that help us run our business, such as our email sender, hosting, analytics, and the data providers that power the audit. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Your audit report link expires 90 days after it's created. We keep the minimum information needed to run the audit, deliver client work, and contact you about it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time, and we will not sell it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services and this site are meant for facility owners and operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
