What does it cost?
We walk through pricing on the call, once we know your facility and what you actually need. No generic package, no pressure.
How fast can you start?
Most builds start within a week of the call. A new site goes live in two to four weeks. The faster wins, like lead response and local search, we can turn on sooner.
What if I already have a site, or already run some marketing?
Good. We audit what you have, keep what is working, and rebuild the parts that are not bringing athletes in.
Do I have to manage any of it?
No. We build it and we run it. You stay on the floor. You will see the results, you just will not have to do the work.
What makes you different?
We work only with baseball and softball facilities. We already know your customers, your seasons, and what fills a schedule, so you are not paying us to figure out your business.
What kind of facilities do you work with?
Training facilities, travel organizations, and academies. If a new athlete is worth hundreds or thousands to you over a season, this pays for itself.
What's the catch with the 2x guarantee?
No catch, but there are terms and we say them up front. The window is your first 120 days. Tracked new business means the memberships and bookings our system can trace back to something we ran, counted at their first twelve months of value, which is why we install the tracking before we change anything. So if you pay us $8,000 over that first 120 days, we are on the hook for $16,000 of new business we can point to. If we have not cleared that bar, we keep working at no additional cost until we do. All we ask is that you get us access and approvals in a timely fashion, that you do not change the booking flow underneath us while the clock is running, and that you have the coaching capacity to actually take on the new athletes. We will tell you on the call if we think you do not.
